Leading Brand’s Certified Organic and Fair Trade Liquid Castile Soaps Offer a Versatile, Ecological, and Multi-Use Option for Body Care

September 19, 2017

MELBOURNE, AUS – Organic industry pioneers and natural soap maker, Dr. Bronner’s, is proud to announce the launch of a limited edition Earl Grey scent of its signature liquid castile soap in Australia from 1st November, while stocks last. As an ideal scent for the summer months that is calming, yet rejuvenating, the Earl Grey fragrance balances the herbaceous aroma of black tea with the distinctive spicy, citrus notes of bergamot for a uniquely relaxing shower or bathing experience. Dr. Bronner’s Earl Grey Pure Castile Soap is made with extract from organic and fair trade Earl Grey tea. Every bottle of Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Soap is certified fair trade and is made with the purest certified organic ingredients.

Dr. Bronner’s classic 18-in-1 Castile soap formula is simple and ecological, based on old world quality and expertise, yielding soaps unlike any you have ever used. A combination of organic extra virgin coconut, jojoba and hemp oils, together with pure essential oils, creates a unique soap that cleans effectively without being abrasive and produces a velvety lather that leaves the skin silky-smooth and refreshed. No synthetic foaming agents, thickeners or preservatives are used. Rather, natural plant-derived Vitamin E and citric acid protect freshness, and the liquid soaps are almost solid in density because they are three times more concentrated than other “liquid soaps” on the market, thus conserving packaging materials.

Packaged in 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles and 10% Hemp-Flax, 90% post-consumer recycled paper respectively, the classic Castile Liquid and Bar Soaps are also available in Peppermint, Lavender, Almond, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Unscented Baby-Mild, Rose, Citrus, Cherry Blossom, Green Tea, and Sandalwood Jasmine.

###

Dr. Bronner’s is a family business committed to honouring the vision of founder Emanuel Bronner by making socially and environmentally responsible products of the highest quality, and by dedicating profits to help make a better world. The company’s commitment to progressive business practices is part of the company’s mission to put into practice the principles that inform the philosophy printed on the company’s iconic soap labels written by founder Emanuel Bronner. Bronner was a third generation soap maker who spent his life renouncing hate and war on a personal mission to unite mankind. His strong views and lectures landed him in a mental asylum in Chicago, but eight months later in 1948, Bronner escaped and continued with his message in California. During this time, he also began making peppermint liquid soap under the ‘Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps’ brand. He gave the soap away during his talks but soon realised people were taking it without listening to him speak. As a result, he started writing his philosophy on the bottle in tiny script, which is still used on Dr. Bronner’s packaging today.
